本產品是一款符合國際生態紡織品檢驗協會（OEKO-TEX100 Standards）中關天于甲醛、偶氮、APEO及八大重金屬的限值規定的中高端紡織品印花色漿。被廣大用戶應用于出口歐、美、日紡織品印染的外貿市場，深受客戶的歡迎與選用。

    可在棉、麻、粘膠、織物以及各種纖維的混紡織物上印花，適用于涂料染色和成衣染色；可在皮革、木材、紙張等材料上印花，可用于內墻涂料、水泥等水性物料的著色。

5.應用方法

Application methods

△取所選的涂料與少量的水混合稀釋之后加入漿料中充分攪拌均勻，得到滿意的色濃度之后過濾，稍靜置待氣泡消失之后即可使用。

△參考處方（主要適用于棉、滌棉織物印花。具體處方，客戶應根據自身要求確定）。

△涂料色漿：1-8%,粘合劑 15-25%，印花原漿：80-70%。

  熒光涂料色漿：15-25%，粘合劑25-30%，印花原糊：50-60%。

△工藝條件：印花→烘干（100℃×2-3分鐘）→焙烘（130-150℃×1-2分鐘）。

△Fully stir the chosen painting paste and a little blended cement until reach the satisfied color concentration. Then apply when bubbles dissolve after several minutes’ standing treatment.

△Recommended formula (mainly suitable for printing on cotton and polyester cotton. For more specific information, customers should confirm according to their own requirement.)

△Painting color paste: 1-8%. Binder: 5-25%. Original printing paste: 80-70%.Fluorescent pigment printing ink: 15-25%, adhesive 25-30%, printing paste: 50-60%.

△Process conditions: printing→drying(100℃×2-3min)→baking(130-150℃×1-2min)

6.貯存方法與保質期

Storage and shelf life

常溫（0-40℃）儲存于通風陰涼、干燥、避光處，用后即密封，避免本產品與空氣長期接觸，建議使用前過濾；如長期存放部分產品

發生沉淀分層現象，須充分攪拌若質量滿足要求仍可使用。

　　保質期：熒光類18個月      

Store in a shady, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse under room temperature(0-40℃).Cap sealed tightly immediately after use. Avoid long time contact with air and filter before use.Vulnerable to sedimentation of partial particles and to subside into different layers after long time storage. Yet be effective after full stirring so long as an enough quantity is left as required.

      Shelf life:fluorescent 18 months  

7.注意事項

    Precautions

1、涂料色漿印花與著色各項牢度主要取決于選擇固漿、膠漿、固色劑等的品質及配伍性的好與差。切記：使用前做好相關

   的相容性檢測。

2、用前請確認生產工具、設備、助劑、原料不可含有或接觸有毒有害物質，防止交叉污染。

3、涂料色漿與膠漿的配伍性十分重要，選擇不當可能在印后乃至數周后產生變色及遷移現象，如A111大紅、A113妃紅、A206

   橙及A型熒光系列。為此客戶使用前需充分了解本產品的相關性能，不能滿足時建議改用本公司AO型耐高溫色漿及LSW熒光系列。

4、由于部分產品的相容性問題，在使用過程中會與增稠劑或漿料起反應出現絮凝現象，建議選擇性使用，如A501黑改用A503

   特黑及A508高級黑。
